Standard

  • We don’t ever consider our service basic or standard, but it is the best way to describe the level. This covers general transaction coordination tasks including listing documents, MLS entry, compliance, and working the file from contract to close.

  • $400 Per File

Advanced

  • This level includes everything in the standard level as well as permit searches, just listed & just sold social media posts, and post-close support.

  • $500 per File

Ultimate

  • Everything included in the standard and advanced levels as well as a personalized listing flyer or brochure and up to 5 photo edits/virtual stagings.

  • $575 per File

  • Priority support during office hours

What if it doesn’t close?

If the transaction doesn’t close, you don’t pay anything. It is as simple as that. We would love it if every file closed as it was supposed to but we also are realistic. Things come up, properties don’t pass inspections, financing falls through. It happens, we get it. As an industry we know you have to take the good with the bad so if you don’t get paid, we don’t either. There will be another deal in the future and we’ll keep moving forward!
