In 2014, Shane Stiles launched his real estate career as the office manager for a high-producing team at Keller Williams. In this role, he was entrusted with far more than day-to-day oversight—he played an integral part in managing a substantial volume of transactions while simultaneously refining internal systems, streamlining workflows, and strengthening the team’s operational infrastructure to support continued growth.

Recognizing the value of expanding his capabilities, Shane obtained his real estate license in 2017, positioning himself to provide a more comprehensive and elevated level of service. Shortly thereafter, he established himself as an independent, freelance transaction coordinator, offering strategic support to agents across multiple brokerages.

Since that time, Shane has been directly involved in facilitating the successful closing of nearly 5,000 transactions—a testament to both his expertise and the trust he has earned among top-performing agents. His experience spans a wide range of markets and brokerage environments, enabling him to deliver consistency, precision, and professionalism critical in today’s fast-paced real estate landscape.

  • Shane Stiles obtained a real estate license in 2017, completing all pre and post licensing courses as well as continued education. He has maintained an active license since and absolutely is not a competing agent. A license is only maintained to provide the best service possible.
