In 2014, Shane Stiles started working in real estate as an office manager for a Keller Williams team. In 2017, he went out on his own, obtained a real estate license, and began doing freelance coordination. Since then, he has helped facilitate the closing of nearly 5,000 transactions.

  • Shane Stiles obtained a real estate license in 2017, completing all pre and post licensing courses as well as continued education. He has maintained an active license since and absolutely is not a competing agent. A license is only maintained to provide the best service possible.

  • Closer to Closed carries a $500,000 private errors and omissions insurance not linked to any real estate office or brokerage. This serves as a safety net for us, you, and your clients. In our 10+ years of doing business, we have never had to use it as attention to detail is what we do.

  • When you're in need of support, the last thing you want to do is take extra time to train them.   • All systems used by Closer to Closed are built with privacy in mind. Your files are not visible to other agents and your information / business practices are never shared with other agents. Every client exists within a bubble with no cross over. While we would like to think our reputation would be enough, we are more than happy to sign non-disclosure agreements if it makes you more comfortable.
