Why choose Closer to Closed?

We recognize that in today's digital age, you have numerous options. Our services create a platform to help you be the best version of yourself. Allow us to focus on the details and documents so you can focus on closing the transaction and prospecting for new business.

  • Over the course of my tenure as a transaction coordinator, I’ve had the privilege of overseeing more than 5,000 successful closings—a milestone that reflects not only volume, but consistency, precision, and long-term trust from the agents we support. Each transaction brings its own set of variables, timelines, and challenges, and managing that level of activity requires a disciplined process, strong communication, and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they impact the outcome.

To put that into perspective, industry data shows that a significant portion of licensed Realtors® do not complete a single transaction in a given year. In that context, maintaining a track record of this scale speaks to the caliber of agents we partner with, as well as the reliability and effectiveness of the systems we’ve built behind the scenes.

More importantly, these aren’t just numbers—they represent thousands of buyers and sellers who successfully reached the closing table. Being a part of that process at such a high level has reinforced our commitment to delivering steady, detail-oriented support that agents can depend on, transaction after transaction.

  • I began my career in real estate in 2014, initially pursuing an opportunity as an ISA with a Keller Williams team. Through the interview process, it became clear that my strengths were better suited to a broader operational role, and I was ultimately brought on to manage the team’s entire office. That early experience gave me a comprehensive, behind-the-scenes perspective on what it takes to run a successful real estate business—from coordinating transactions and supporting agents to streamlining systems and solving problems in real time.

With a background as an analyst and a natural inclination toward process improvement, I quickly found myself drawn to the structure and strategy that underpin every transaction. More importantly, I developed a genuine appreciation for the impact this work has on the people involved. Every file represents a family making a meaningful transition, and being part of that process—ensuring it runs smoothly and professionally—became something I truly valued.

That combination of operational focus and human connection is what has kept me in the industry ever since. Over time, it has shaped a career centered on bringing clarity, organization, and consistency to what can often be a complex and emotional experience for both agents and their clients.

  • You’ll often hear that a transaction coordinator doesn’t need to be licensed—and at a very basic level, that’s true. However, an unlicensed coordinator is limited to administrative tasks and cannot legally draft contracts, prepare or modify forms, discuss listing details, communicate on your behalf to obtain key information, or represent your client in any capacity. That level of support can only go so far.

A licensed coordinator provides a much higher level of capability, continuity, and protection. With the ability to work within the full scope of the transaction, they can assist more meaningfully, help ensure accuracy in documentation, and support communication in a way that keeps deals moving forward while staying compliant.

That’s exactly why I obtained my real estate license in 2017 and have maintained it ever since—not to compete in sales, but to offer a more complete, reliable level of support. It allows me to step in where needed, reduce friction throughout the process, and provide a stronger, more secure foundation for every transaction.

  • We’ve had the opportunity to support agents across a wide range of brokerages, including many who consistently perform at a high level within their respective markets. That experience has given us a well-rounded understanding of how different offices operate—each with its own systems, expectations, and workflows.

Realtors® from Compass, RE/MAX, Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams, eXp, and others have trusted us with their transactions, which has allowed us to refine a process that is both adaptable and consistent. Whether working within a highly structured environment or a more flexible, agent-driven model, we’re able to integrate seamlessly and keep everything moving efficiently behind the scenes.

This exposure across multiple platforms has also strengthened our ability to anticipate challenges, maintain compliance, and communicate effectively with all parties involved. The result is a level of support that feels familiar, reliable, and aligned—no matter the brokerage or back-end system in place.

  • As a Realtor®, you are, in effect, your own self-contained business.  You require branding, marketing, social media, systems, organization, sales, etc.  Our services are not limited just to the processing of files; we can assist you in developing branding assets, marketing templates, building CRM systems, advising on growth options, and more. Most of these additional services come at no cost to our agents tht work wih us on all of their transactions.

  • Our platform is grounded in a straightforward idea: shared success drives stronger results. When your business grows, so does ours—creating a natural alignment that benefits everyone involved. It’s a practical approach, but one that shapes how we operate every day.

That perspective informs our approach to business development. Every system, process, and level of support we provide is designed with one objective in mind: helping you build and expand your business with consistency and confidence. You lead the way and allow our support to follow.

FAQ

  • Absolutely! When you provide stability and consistency, we provide additional services! We can pull permits for you if you are curious about when something was replaced, help digitally stage photos for listings, edit photos, and much more!

  • Transaction coordinators are an essential part of the real estate process. What Closer to Closed offers is not limited to standard TC services. With a background in logistics and business management, we can help you build your business, launch a team, update your branding, develop marketing materials, and much more. Agents don’t just need support with transactions and having that level of expertise to assist in other areas sets us apart.

  • This is the most frequently asked question we receive. It is easy enough to answer. If it doesn’t close, you do not pay us anything. It is not an ideal situation for anyone to put in work and receive nothing in return, but it happens. We would not feel right taking money from you if you are not getting paid.

  • While we hold real estate licenses, our intention is not to compete in areas outside our core expertise. Instead, we obtained licensure to better support our clients and provide a more comprehensive level of service. We believe the strongest results come from recognizing and leveraging individual strengths, and focusing on where each of us can deliver the greatest value.

  • You can feel completely confident that your clients and your business information are respected, protected, and treated with the highest level of discretion. We are not in the business of soliciting your clients or sharing sensitive details—our role is to support your success, not compete with it.

With years of experience and more than 5,000 transactions successfully closed, we’ve earned the trust of some of the top-producing agents in our market. That level of trust is built over time through consistency, professionalism, and integrity—it simply wouldn’t be possible without a strong commitment to safeguarding our partners’ information.

We also operate with secure systems and controlled processes designed to keep your data organized and protected at every stage of the transaction. And for additional peace of mind, we are always happy to execute a non-disclosure agreement. Our goal is to create a partnership where you feel confident, comfortable, and fully supported every step of the way.

  • We’d absolutely love for every partnership to be a great fit. In reality, the best results come when there’s strong alignment—both in communication style and expectations. When everyone is on the same page about roles, responsibilities, and workflow, things run smoothly and successfully. If the chemistry doesn’t work, it is difficult to achieve success. Our goal is always to build partnerships that are productive, collaborative, and set up for long-term success.

  • We’ve partnered with a development team to build a system designed to standardize transaction tracking and communications, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and professional formatting across every file. This platform—along with several custom-built tools—serves as the foundation of our operations.

To provide comprehensive support, we also integrate a range of industry-leading services and technologies, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, permit search tools, CRM/database systems, social media platforms, and Google Drive/Workspace. Together, these resources create a seamless, well-rounded support structure tailored to meet the demands of a modern real estate business.

  • The short answer is no—you’re not required to use Closer to Closed (unless your team or team leader specifies otherwise). That said, we value long-term partnerships and give priority to agents who consistently trust us with their transactions.

We approach this as a true collaboration. Just like you, we navigate both the smooth closings and the challenging deals that don’t always cross the finish line. Our goal is to create a fair, balanced partnership where the wins help offset the tougher moments—on both sides.

At the end of the day, this works best when we’re aligned: supporting each other, sharing in the process, and building success together.
