This is the most frequently asked question we receive. It is easy enough to answer. If it doesn’t close, you do not pay us anything. It is not an ideal situation for anyone to put in work and receive nothing in return, but it happens. We would not feel right taking money from you if you are not getting paid.

Just because we “can” doesn’t mean we want to or that it is what we are best suited for; the sole purpose of obtaining a real estate license was to provide more comprehensive assistance to our clients. We all achieve more when we understand our personal strengths and weaknesses.

You can rest assured that we are not interested in poaching your clients or sharing your private business information with others. We have been doing this for years, trusted by some of the highest producing agents in our market. You don't get to reach that level of business by lying or stealing information. We also am more than happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement if that makes you feel more at ease.

Unfortunately no. The chemistry and personalities have to work. There needs to be a clear understanding between us regarding expectations, responsibilities, and workflow. If the fit isn't right, then it isn't a recipe for success.

We have worked with a development team to create a system that has the ability to standardize emails for consistent and correct formatting. This combined with a few other custom systems is the backbone of it all. There's several other services and technical components used for additional coverage (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Permit Search, CRM/Database, Social Services, Google Drive/Workspace, etc.)

The short answer is no. You are not required to use Closer to Closed but we prioritize repeat agents who send us numerous files. Understand that we take the good with the bad, just like you do. We try hard to be as fair as possible and expect the same in kind. A new build that is easy offsets a deal that dies where no one gets paid. You win, we win, that's how all this works.
